Okay AOl and Firefox. I personally don't give a rat-a-- about you two's personal/business model's user counts or anything else about your business. What I DO care about is when it interferes with my personal ability to browse the internet and/or send e-mail. What I do know is that in the past 4 weeks I have continued to experience AOL's disruption of my service as they have tried to emulate the Firefox experience with the tabbed browser/e-mail, with increased pop ups as each tries to out SEO the other in user ship, and where AOL is so unstable with their own format they cause lockups, instability and disconnect on business, time sensitive e-mails. Both of you need to man-up and take responsibility and be sensitive for each other's marketshare of usership, and quit screwing with the little usership that each of you have as a result of these infantile practices. I'm sorry your kiss-up meet ups didn't work out as planned, but if I get one more AOL error or lockup, and if I get one more Firefox Browser crap up, I'm going to bail on a long standing relationship...
